About Us
INVESTA is an experienced real estate development firm in the US for the foreign investor. WE offer doable and financially sensed investment projects. WE do this by extensive analysis of each project prior to construction. From service feasibilities and engineering consulting to demographics and future leasing projections. WE orchestrate all studies and services needed for permitting and manage all trades during construction. At the end, WE deliver an approved building ready for occupancy on time and budget.
